Join in the merit of the Annual Nyungné Fasting Practice

On the 7th and 8th of November, the Druplas and monks of Do-Ngak Ling Monastery will perform two days of this special fasting ritual combined with the practice of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion.

Nyungné practice is a powerful method to cleanse and wash away all our negative karma.

Offerings and names of dedication for this year’s Nyungné Fasting Practice will be accepted until 12pm Kathmandu time 6th November. Offerings and names of dedication received later than this will be included in next year’s Nyungné Fasting Practice.
