Mahamudra Level One is a year-long self-study and practice program from Phakchok Rinpoche and Samye Institute. This program is open to all and features all-new videos with Phakchok Rinpoche, recorded specifically for the course. While the program is designed for anyone who is curious about meditation, it is also ideal for students who have had some experience but are seeking a more structured approach.
In 34 lessons, Phakchok Rinpoche guides students through progressive techniques to transform the mind. Repeatedly, Rinpoche stresses the need for self observation and the intention to transform. And he reminds us regularly that each and every being has the potential because our nature is inherently pure. Join us in discovering this ancient path of transformation leading to wisdom.
