About This Course

In this course, Drupla Sonam Tsering will provide instructions and commentary on The Four Foundations or Ngöndro practices of the Tukdrup Barché Künsel. Drupla will be teaching on the Seed of Supreme Awakening, the extensive Ngöndro of the Lamé Tukdrup Barché Künsel from Jamyang Khyentsé Wangpo. He will begin with an introduction to these foundational practices and will explain why they are fundamental to Vajrayana practice.

Reflection of the Day

When we remember our good heart, our sense of dignity is restored. We must always remember that we are good, even though we make mistakes. Being inherently good and making mistakes are not contradictory. Mistakes merely reflect that we are in a process of becoming who we already are; mistakes do not and cannot affect our pure nature.
