Becoming Radically Happy: A User’s Guide to the Mind

November 13, 2020 - November 15, 2020

In these turbulent times we need to reclaim ourselves; to take hold of what is rightfully ours: our minds. This will help us find stability and happiness from within and support a clear navigation of the current social turmoil in a very different way.

Erric Solomon has an infectious enthusiasm that makes meditation simple, never boring, magical and applicable. This perfect combination encourages us to train and thereby see real results in our daily lives. The retreat is very experiential, with exercises, insights and guided meditation. In all it provides a very special tool kit that we can apply and practice to develop familiarity with the untapped rich resources of our mind.
