Group for tracking meditation and asking for prayers
Hi All,
Matt has created a Samye group on the popular “Insight Timer” Meditation tracker–app available for I-Phone and Android. Simply search “groups” and join Samye so we can meditate together! Inspire yourself by meditating with your global sangha.
We can also use this app to request prayers–if you have any special requests for metta, prayers and dedications, please post a message in this group and we can all then add these intentions as we meditate.
