In this audio segment from the Śravakayāna teachings in 2015 at Gomde New York, Kyabgön Phakchok Rinpoche reviews the “skeleton” meditation described in the Vidyadhāra’s Feast . This is discussed beginning on page 201 in the Śravakayāna text. Rinpoche explains that this meditation is useful to reduce our attachment. In addition, he also reminds us that visualizing the entire world full of skeletons can aid in our development of equanimity.
