  Welcome to all students who are practicing within the 9 Yanas program as laid out by Phakchok Rinpoche.  This forum is for general discussion for students at all levels.  Students here should have attended one of the 9 Yanas retreats either in Nepal or in other locations throughout the world. This year, Rinpoche will be offering 9 Yanas retreats at Gomde New York in Cooperstown NY  in July.  See the link here at http://www.rygcooperstown.org/kpr-summer-retreat-programs.html.

  In this forum, please introduce yourself and let us know which Yana you are currently studying and practicing.

  We’d also like to know if you have any specific questions or requests for practice support.  How can we best help you in your practice?
