How to Practice

Rinpoche explains there’s always meaning behind Buddhist imagery. If we understand the 12 Links, we understand a principle view of Buddhadharma. For example, the imagery of wrathful deities standing over dead bodies refers to egolessness, emptiness.

The paradox of Buddhism is that we feel the presence of deities, but at the same time we know they are not truly existent; this is the correct way of visualization practice.
