Maryanne Müller Prieto is a long-time dharma student from Chile. She has had the privilege and blessing of being Phakchok Rinpoche’s student. She has also trained and practiced under the guidance and blessings of her precious teachers Chagdud Khadro and Jigme Tromge Rinpoche from Chagdud Gonpa since 2003, becoming an instructor in 2010. She was trained at the Bodhisattva Peace Institute by Lama Shenpen Drolma to facilitate Bodhisattva Peace Trainings for people of all social backgrounds in South America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
In 1991, Maryanne founded and became Executive Director of Fundacion Origen and Agroecological School of Pirque. These institutions are dedicated to Technical and Holistic Education in Organic Agriculture for at risk and socially vulnerable youth, small farmers and teachers from different countries. She has participated in the creation of various environmental organizations, volunteer groups in prisons and hospitals, and at risk women training centers.
