However it was very difficult to hear Rinpoche..his voice/ microphone is very low. Hopefully this can be amended. If not are there any willing vo,unteers able to transcribe his answers?
But many thanks anyway.

This is very helpful, thanks I can share it with our dharma stream group this evening.

Will be interesting to see how this develops. A very creative way of introducing practices which can benefit…. I believe a book is forthcoming?

Great and timely message. I know many, including practitioners, including myself who despair at times of the things we are seeing and hearing in the world today. There seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. But as Eric hints at here..maybe we are that light at the end of the tunnel and by responding to events with wisdom and compassion instead of fear and judgement there is a hope, there is a way through…

That’s a great help, thank Oriane.

Since connecting with Rinpoche and this Chokling tradition I am beginning to see the relevance and importance of making aspiration prayers. It feels wonderful to be able to make an aspiration and an intention to benefit beings as we move from the meditation to post meditation state.
As for personalising them, I have mainly kept to the texts but I think it is also great to allow spontaneous prayers to manifest from our heart.

I could see how the sights, sounds, smells etc are all designed to pull you towards them. The aim is to draw you out of yourself and into an external source of pleasure. Fascinating to notice this and see how my mind is pulled towards and away from different phenomena.

Something for absolute beginners, I faciliate. Meditation classes in my home town and it would be great to use some of Rinpoche’s materials, ideas and inspiration for this. Most attending are non buddhist.

Thanks Matt. Yes I am facilitating a Dawn of Dharma / Dharma stream group here in Wales. Look forward to the other that you mention.
