Dignity is the true home to which you can always return, regardless of whatever circumstances may arise in your life. You may receive a promotion or a demotion. You may be happy or sad. You may be struggling or at peace. When you are at home in your dignity—staying grounded in your good heart, in your mind’s true nature—you can notice whatever is happening and respond appropriately.
