All I Want for Christmas is… More Compassion for Everyone!

This holiday season, Samye Institute is delighted to announce a live event from Dr. David Shlim, titled All I Want for Christmas is… More Compassion for Everyone! On December 14th, 2021, at 7PM MST (Check your local time here). In this teaching, Dr. Shlim will share a brief teaching on how we can train our compassion during the holiday season, and then answer your questions on developing a relaxed, aware mind.

David teaches the new Samye Institute course, Training in Compassion. This self-paced course consists of seven units, each containing a lecture from David and carefully selected videos of Phakchok Rinpoche’s teachings in the Medicine and Compassion Project. David also offers clear and simple meditation instructions suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
