In this short video clip, Phakchok Rinpoche gives examples of integrating self-reflection with meditation. He demonstrates how we can begin with observation of our own experiences. As we develop, we can work gradually through our emotions. Eventually, we will get to the level of subconscious fear. With this experience, we can work with this by following our breath. Rinpoche demonstrates how this very simple process helps. In addition, exercising, taking Tibetan medicine, and doing yoga help us reduce that fear and let go.
