In August 2024, Drubla Opak and Lopon Pema Jungne went to Malaysia to conduct teachings and Dharma activities. They spent a week at each center in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, and Penang, giving teachings and conducting pujas, with an emphasis on Ullambama prayers.
Teaching sessions were in person and also online to benefit the larger sangha, with joyful online participation from the region, including the Indonesian sangha. English translation was skillfully done by Ani Choying Lhamo and Mandarin translation by Lama Jangchub Yeshe. The trip concluded in Kuala Lumpur with a three-day Trinley Nyingpo Retreat at Guru Lhakang.
