Samadhiraja Sutra Retreat with Phakchok Rinpoche at Samye Hermitage New York

The Samadhiraja (King of Meditation) Sutra is a clear path of training based on the Buddha’s words. It does not belong to any particular lineage, it belongs to everyone. You can generally be interested in meditation, a student of Soto Zen, Tibetan Buddhism or any other school of Buddhism and this teaching can help your practice.
Phakchok Rinpoche, In the Footsteps of Bodhisattvas
Samye Institute is overjoyed to announce that Phakchok Rinpoche will be visiting Samye Hermitage NY (formerly Gomde Cooperstown) to teach on the Samadhiraja Sutra, confer the Guru of Great Bliss empowerment, and consecrate their new Stupa Memorial Garden on the Dakini Day of the 7th Tibetan month.

Friday, September 16th – 7 – 9 PM EDT
Saturday, September 17th – 2 – 3:30 PM and 4 – 5:30 PM EDT
Sunday, September 18th – 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 4 – 5:30 PM EDT
Monday, September 19th – 2 – 3:30 PM and 4 – 5:30 PM EDT
In addition to the above teaching, on Monday, September 19, there will be opportunity for questions, discussion, and opportunities to ask practice questions with instructors.
On Tuesday, September 20th, Rinpoche will consecrate the new Stupa Memorial Garden at Gomde Cooperstown with its glorious centerpiece of 16 Stupas!
